DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & REPLACEMENT
-In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake its immediate replacement without any additional financial burden, as soon as we are notified either by phone (2102117746) or by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
-In case of a non-defective product, this can be returned if:
a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,
b) the packaging has not been opened and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer bears the shipping costs.)
It is not possible to return non-defective products that do not have packaging or safety tape.
In each of the 2 cases to accept the return, the product must be accompanied by proof of order.
